He has an excellent scientific and technical background with both a medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School and as a licensed Patent Attorney with the Unites States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, DC. His patent work includes electronic software and hardware, mechanical devices, imaging, and radiation devices. He is the Managing Partner of the Pinkert and Marsh a boutique law firm located in Coral Gables, Florida.
